- To be eligible for this offer the customer must not have any open service contracts with Jani-King (NZ) Limited
- New service contract must be signed by 31 December 2024.
- Free complimentary service is limited to ONE complimentary service per customer per contract
- Free list of services includes: Carpet cleaning, window cleaning, hard floor surface cleaning & maintenance, pest control, test & tagging, building washing, external window washing, disinfection services.
- Free service must not be included in new service contracts regular schedule of services.
- Free services value is limited 20% of your monthly service contract, to a maximum of $1,000 whichever whichever is greater.
