Toitū enviromark certification means our environmental management system has been independently verified.

We are proud to be part of a like-minded community of over 400 organisations taking action for a better environment. Toitū enviromark programme requirements meet and exceed international standards and best practices, including ISO 14001.

Jani-King is proud to announce that our carbon emissions data collection and measurement methodology is now Toitū Carbon Compatible certified, reflecting our commitment to sustainability transparency. As a cleaning service supplier, we can now provide our customers with pre-verified carbon measurement data that they can confidently use in their own emissions reporting. Our Carbon Compatible certification demonstrates that the data we provide is accurate, transparent, and independently verified by Toitū Envirocare, a New Zealand leading environmental certification body.

At Jani-King NZ, we have developed a robust health and safety management system, which has been assessed and certified against the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety standard.

We are passionate technology advocates and have developed a proprietary Health and Safety App to improve the safety and effectiveness of cleaning staff at client sites. Through the Jani-King Health & Safety App, our franchisees improve the safe working processes of new cleaning staff, record cleaning commitments, staff onsite, and inform us of any health and safety-related issues, which gives transparency to our operations.

Since 2023, Jani-King proudly joined the Diversity Works network. Our diversity is a source of great pride as our franchisees and staff members hail from approximately 30 different countries worldwide.
