For Villamor, managing growth, handling complaints, and maintaining that all important work-life balance have been some of the most significant hurdles. Yet, rather than being discouraged, Villamor views these challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. “I’ve developed strategies to manage these difficulties to overcome these hurdles” Villamor says.
Looking ahead, the future is bright. Villamor’s next goal is not just about expanding the business but also about enhancing his leadership skills and learning new strategies for business growth. Villamor states “I plan to build a strong team to manage more cleaning sites in the future. This will help me become a successful business owner, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This is important to me as I strive to be a family-orientated person who can devote quality time to my loved ones while pursuing my career ambitions”.
