Originally from Nepal and Tonga, Abhi Baral and Ria Nofoakifolau share a love for outdoor adventures, exploring new cuisines, and spending quality time together. Abhi and Ria’s Jani-King journey began in May 2023, when they purchased their franchise in Christchurch. Before this venture, both had built valuable experience in the frozen food industry. True to their word, at the 2024 Franchise Conference and Awards evening, they proudly took home the Franchisee of the Year award for the South Island—a testament to their dedication and hard work.
