At Jani-King New Zealand, we believe the best way to improve our service is by listening to the people who experience it every day.
Three months ago, we launched our Client Satisfaction Survey, inviting clients across New Zealand to share their feedback on the cleaning services we provide. Since then, we've received valuable insights from clients, helping us recognise what's working well and identify opportunities to improve.
The survey is short and easy to complete, taking just a couple of minutes. Clients are asked about the quality of cleaning, communication and their overall satisfaction, giving us a clear picture of what's happening across our sites.
Every Response Makes a Difference
Every survey response is reviewed by our team.
Positive feedback is shared with our Franchise Owners and staff, recognising the great work they're doing. If a client identifies an issue or requests additional support, our team follows up promptly to ensure concerns are addressed.
This approach allows us to continuously improve while celebrating the people who consistently deliver excellent service.

As a thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, every completed survey is automatically entered into our monthly Morning Tea Shout-Out Draw.
Each month, one lucky client wins a complimentary morning tea for their team.
Congratulations to our May winner - NZ Express, who enjoyed a delicious morning tea supplied by our valued client, Bakermans Fendalton, here in Christchurch. Supporting one local client while celebrating another made the occasion even more special.
