Medical and aged care facility cleaning, Auckland

Thank you to Anna Liu, the franchisee that looks after The Fred Hollows Foundation NZ office. Having just moved offices for the second time in almost 7 years, we had no hesitation in insisting with our Property Manager that we retain Anna’s services.

For us, one of the most important things as a client, is having trust and confidence in our cleaning service provider to do a great job and to respect our property. And Anna does this time and time again.

Our visitor centre looks great, the floors shine, and the toilets well maintained and stocked with supplies. Our offices are also great, we are very happy with the level of cleanliness in them too.

Ushant is very proactive when needing supplies and is comfortable dealing with us directly on urgent matters. We are very happy with the service from Jani-King.

We are so pleased with Jani-King and their Franchisee, Titus, who has been with us for about 2 years now – we are so amazed by his work ethic, and the way he goes about communicating with our guests and staff.

Titus is always very respectful, and his standard of work is just immaculate; we are very, very pleased to have Titus on board here at the lodge.

In 2013 AUT Millennium decided to partner with Jani King who have now provided our cleaning services for over 10 years. AUT Millennium and Jani-King have a valued relationship and I have always appreciated the flexible and professional help that Jani King has to offer.

We are very a happy with the service provided by Jani-King cleaning our cinema complex. Their team has been fantastic and incredibly easy to deal with, taking the time to understand and learn the unique environment and cleaning requirements of our cinema.

I would like to provide some feedback on the service received by Vinny Ram at Vanguard Military School on 29 and 30 November 2025.

We have had Vinny do the cleaning for Vanguard Military School for a couple of years now and each and every time, the service is absolutely fantastic and of a high standard.

Due to the nature of our "business", it is difficult for cleaning of the floors to be done during the week or even after school as we have recruits in and out of the building. Vinny is extremely accommodating at working around what works best for our school even if it means working over a weekend.

Furthermore, the quality of the workmanship is excellent. The floors throughout our building are honestly not the easiest to clean and yet, him and his team work their magic. Our toilet facilities, although kept to a reasonable standard, do get smelly, especially the boys' toilets. Vinny and his team manage to get it clean and smelling fresh every time.

We also got the windows cleaned. This has not been done in years! Some areas were really dirty with caked on bird poop and the team managed to get rid of this. It looks amazing!

Yesterday we had our annual Graduation Ceremony during which we welcomed the RSA, NZDF and other services along with our own Board members and several members of parliament, including the Ministers of Education and Children. We felt proud to welcome them to a clean and tidy facility.

Every time Vinny completes a job for the school, he always takes me around to show me the workmanship of him and his team. I always get the before and after photos to show my principal along with some of the in-between photos of the dirt being removed from the floors. This is always greatly appreciated.

On Saturday, Vinny noted that the signage outside our school was a bit dirty from the rain and mud splashing up. I honestly missed this but when I arrived for lock up, his time was busy cleaning this. When I showed my principal, he was most appreciative of this.

I have noticed that on Vinny's Jani King shirt it has the motto "King of Clean". Vinny is a true ambassador to your company and brand as his work epitomises this. I often receive emails from other cleaning companies offering their services; however, Vanguard has Vinny as our first point of contact if we need any extra cleaning done. In actual fact, he is our only point of contact due to his excellent service.

I would really appreciate it if this email can be forwarded to anyone in management as Vinny and his team deserve to be recognised for their efforts and service. Jani King is lucky to have people like Vinny in their employment as he represents your company with pride.

Abbin and his team do a great job and have been able to accommodate any changes our business has required, even when we had to go to split 12 hour “bubble shifts” during covid.
